At Abdullah's Jewellery, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days after delivery.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Customers must provide order details or proof of purchase for return requests.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be sent through the original payment method or bank transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash where applicable.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
